Adam Holzman

Adam Holzman

Keyboard player Adam Holzman was a member of the Miles Davis Band from 1985 to 1989. He performed with the trumpet legend in more than 200 concerts worldwide. He can be heard on the albums "Tutu," "Live Around the World,” “Rubber Band” and "The Complete Montreux" box set (all on Warner Bros.). In 1988 he became Miles's musical director. For his session and live performances, Adam was praised by the New York Times for his "innovative keyboard work," and by Keyboard magazine as "one of the most promising synth soloists."

Franz Hackl

Franz Hackl's wide variety of expertise as a trumpeter, composer, defines him as an ever-evolving artist. Franz is an alumnus of the Conservatory of the City of Vienna and received a Masters Degree in Jazz from the Manhattan School of Music.

Gene Pritsker

Gene Pritsker

Composer/guitarist/rapper/Di.J./producer Gene Pritsker has written over 690 compositions, including chamber operas, orchestral and chamber works, electro-acoustic music and songs for hip-hop and rock ensembles. All of his compositions employ an eclectic spectrum of styles and are influenced by his studies of various musical cultures.

Jane Getter

Jane Getter

According to Guitar Player Magazine, Jane Getter is "the fieriest fretboarding female ever to strap on a Stratocaster.” She has played with many jazz and rock greats while garnering increasing recognition as a gifted writer, bandleader, instrumentalist and vocalist. She has performed and recorded with many music icons, including legendary jazz/blues organist Brother Jack McDuff, Return To Forever drummer Lenny White, vocalist Ursala Dudziak, as well as Jaimoe (of the Allman Brothers), Michal Urbaniak, Kenny Garrett, The Roots the jam, Headhunters drummer Mike Clark, and many others. She also received worldwide exposure playing in The Saturday Night Live Band. Jane is an award winning composer, receiving ASCAP’s Gershwin award for Music for Theatre or Dance.

John Clark

John Clark

John Clark has advanced horn playing in both classical and jazz improvisation, playing and teaching, recording, composing, and publishing. He is one of the first and one of the few full-time jazz horn artists in the US. He has been a leader and teacher in modern and free jazz and free improvisation. He received a patent for the “hornette,” an instrument with the same range as the horn but with a forward-facing bell. His book, Exercises for Jazz French Horn, has been a standard for both jazz and classical students since its publication in 1993.

Mark Egan-Bassist and Composer His unique fretless bass sound and style is both distinctive and versatile making him one of the most in-demand electric bassists on the music scene today. With three platinum and three gold albums to his credit, Mark has recorded with the likes of the original Pat Metheny Group, Elements, Sting, Gil Evans, Carly Simon, John Mclaughlin, Cyndi Lauper, John Abercrombie, Michael Franks, Stan Getz, Bill Evans, Judy Collins, Marc Cohn, Duran Duran and Joan Osborne.

Academic study degree at the Richard Strauss Konservatorium München. Growing up and living in Augsburg/Bavaria and have about 35 years of freelancing, teaching and conducting experiences in Europe. I´m comfortable playing commercially, orchestrally and jazz.

Simon Springer

Simon Springer

Simon Springer is a live and session drummer and drum instructor based in Vienna, Austria. His work is mostly in the Austrian pop, jazz, studio and musical theatre scene, but has also lead him to work with known artists world wide. It includes playing with Wolfgang Ambros, Schiffkowitz (STS), Christian Kolonovits, Franz Morak, Mischa Krausz, Maya Hakvoort, Adam Holzmann, Gene Pritsker, Franz Hackl, Jane Getter, Robert Riegler, Roman Schwaller, Tiktaalik, Jakob Zimmermann Trio, Team Geil, Die Wödmasta, Volksoper Wien, Vereinigte Bühnen Wien, Volkstheater Wien and many more.
