This past Monday on the night before Halloween, the Lessonface studio was filled with head-bobbing music, friendly ghosts and festive autumnal cheer.
The Spooky Soiree ran from 6-9pm, featuring hot pizza, copious loads of chocolate and some fun costumes in attendance. Hunter & Wolfe, an indie folk and rock band based in Brooklyn, started off the night’s jam session with their recent single “Dear Annie,” and after a few songs the entire room was bouncing to Michael Jackson and some other old but gold hits. Kelly Leprohon, Lessonface’s Community & Marketing Manager, closed out the night on a chill vibe with a few songs from her band Aarhus Music, an NYC-based electropop duo.
At the event, Lessonface collected donations for disaster relief through the organization All Hands Volunteers, and continues to highly encourage direct donation through the site www.hands.org!
