Hi! My name is Michael Sabin and I'm a professional trombone player and teacher based in the Boston area. I graduated from New England Conservatory with a BM in Jazz Performance. I teach trombone players of all levels, jazz/improvisation lessons, ear training, jazz theory and beginning trumpet. Complete beginners and more advanced players are all welcome!!! I can do Zoom lessons, and I have a car if you'd like to work out some in person lessons. Message me for prices!
I try to mold our lessons around whatever you are interested in. I love to teach improvisation if that's something that is interesting to you. We'll likely learn your favorite songs, do some ear training and build your instrument technique.
