Graduating from SUNY Fredonia with a degree in Music Education/Percussion, Pat Fay has worked with several large groups across the east coast and is highly skilled in concert/classical percussion, drum set, marching percussion, and low brass technique and pedagogy. In 2011, Pat was named percussion caption head for the West Seneca Marching Band, who went on to win 2 championships in his 3 years. Marching with the Empire Statesmen in 2010, Pat went on to march with the Glassmen Drum and Bugle Corps through 2012, and aged out with the Bluecoats Drum and Bugle Corps in 2013. In 2014, Pat was added to the 2-time championship winning White Sabers Drum and Bugle Corps percussion staff. Pat currently serves as the Director of Bands at Quince Orchard High School in Montgomery County, Maryland, where he currently resides.
I am an upbeat and flexible teacher who can adapt to any student with any talent level. I am highly trained in traditional music teaching techniques as well as contemporary music teaching, so I will be a great fit to any learner!
