Hello! My name is Phil, and I’m a passionate music educator and performer with years of experience in teaching, band directing, and mentoring musicians of all ages. My background spans instrumental and vocal instruction, with several of my own albums released in the marketplace.

Yii Ying Tan is renowned for her passion and restless curiosity about classical music, particularly her advocacy of music by lesser-known composers. Born in Malaysia, she has been playing the piano since she was six, and has obtained a double degree – Bachelor of Music/Commerce, studying under the then Associate Professor of Keyboard, Dr Kenji Fujimura at Monash University.

I am a lifelong musician providing trumpet and guitar lessons to beginner and intermediate students—adult learners welcome! I played trumpet throughout middle school and high school as first chair, taking private lessons for much of that time. As an adult, I have played in the Chapel Orchestra for Southern Seminary (where I earned both master's and doctorate degrees in ministry).

Adi Ben Yehuda is a saxophonist, composer, and bandleader based in LA. building on his foundations in Jazz, Adi expanded his sound to Funk, Rock, R&B, EDM, and traditional Norden African music, Lending his unique style and approach to a variety of projects. Adi balances his busy schedule between the studio sessions, shows, teaching, and his own project ( LATCH).

I have been teaching piano, strings, and band instruments (flute, oboe, clarinet, saxophone, bassoon, trumpet, trombone, and drums) for more than 30 years in the public schools as well as privately. I have instructed large groups and ensembles, as well as smaller musical groups in and out of the public schools.

I’m Veliko Dimitrov, a passionate guitarist, music educator, and creative technologist with over 20 years of experience in music performance and instruction. Originally from Dobrich, Bulgaria, I earned a First Class Honours BM in Professional Music Performance (Guitar) from Middlesex University via the Academy of Contemporary Music (ACM) in Guildford, UK.

Hey There! Paul here, and I have been playing guitar since I was 12, and teaching professionally for 15 years! Over the years I have taught many different types of classes for many different types of students, ranging from one on one classes for people as old as their seventies, and as young as 4, and group classes with up to thirty people present.

I am an internationally active composer, educator, and curator. I studied composition at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz from 2009 to 2014, where I worked with Beat Furrer, Pierluigi Billone, and Clemens Gadenstätter. I later completed an M.A. in Composition at the University of California San Diego in 2017 and continued in the Ph.D.

Youngmin Lee is a textile artist who uses bojagi tradition and techniques to create her work. Her interest in textiles led her to study Clothing and Textile in college and received an MFA in Fashion Design in South Korea. She has researched bojagi making and techniques and endeavors to apply her findings to both traditional and contemporary art.
