Hi! My name is Mark Weathers, though my students call me Mr. Mark. I started formal piano lessons at age 10, but I was already playing around on the piano by the time I was 7. One of my earliest musical memories is teaching other kids how to play “Heart and Soul”—sharing music has always been at the heart of what I love.

I’m a dedicated handpan teacher with over 10 years of experience helping students connect with this unique and expressive instrument. Yoanita was born in Surabaya, Indonesia. She plays the violin, piano, guitar, and French horn. Her professional music career started in Shanghai, China, where she obtained a diploma from the Shanghai Conservatory of Music in 2006 and a Bachelor of Art from East China Normal University in 2010. In May 2023, she obtained a Master of Education from the University of British Columbia.

Hi! I am a licensed music educator with a Bachelor’s degree in Artistic Education, specializing in Music, from the Escuela Nacional Superior de Folklore “José María Arguedas” (now Universidad Nacional de Folklore) in Lima, Peru, where I ranked first in my program for four consecutive years. I also hold a Master’s degree in Higher Education from Universidad Continental (2019–2021).

Jackie is a dyer from Maine specializing in natural dyes. She comes from a production background, having worked dyeing yarns in large dyehouses, and has been teaching workshops on dyeing for 10 years. She is fascinated by the chemistry of dyes and has been known to coax dozens of colors from a single plant.

Margery has a Master's Degree in Education and taught high school special education for over 30 years. In the early 1990's she took several classes in weaving. One weaving class, one yard of fabric and she was hooked. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsman and is a Master Artisan in Handweaving.

Music production and audio engineering are my home base. I have over 15 years of hands-on experience in full-stack recording, editing, mixing, and mastering in Cubase, developed in my own studios, including productions for SWR3 and Nickelodeon.
