Embroidered Wool Applique: Fantasy Garden with Penny Morgan
Inspired by Baltimore Album quilt motifs, this beautiful wreath combines the vibrant colors of wool with the texture of embroidered stitches. Simple enough for beginners, challenging enough for all levels.
The capacity for this class is 15 students. Registration for this class will close on January 6th, 2023. This class is presented in collaboration with the John C. Campbell Folk School. There will be an optional Orientation and Closing Ceremony hosted from the Folk School campus that students can attend online.
Class Materials Needed
Your class registration fee includes a materials kit with a value of $45 shipped to your door. Kit includes pattern, wool, thread, needle, and the fusible interfacing.

The class will meet for four weekly 120-min live online sessions on Wednesdays at 10 am ET | 7 am PT | 15:00 UTC on the schedule below. The first session is on January 18.

How It Works
Enroll above to save your spot in the class. Lessonface will send you a confirmation right away, and a Zoom link 24 hours before the class start time. You can log into your Lessonface dashboard to access class materials, communicate with your instructor, join the live Zoom session, and access the class recordings and chat transcript afterward. Class enrollments may be cancelled for full refund up to five days before the class start date, with the exception of the materials kit fees which are non-refundable.

Penny Morgan (Prichard) has been involved with teaching cooking to adults since 2000. An accomplished fiber artist, Penny loves to share tips and inspiration with quilters, embroiderers and wool applique fans of all skill levels.
Penny has been teaching online courses since 2002. As an instructor for East Carolina University she has taught food labs online to many students. Penny is looking forward to using the Lessonface platform.
