Arianna Masini

Along with my teaching activities I am also a full-time singer. After singing both pop and rock music when I was younger, I started studying jazz music. I am a Certified Master Teacher of the Estill Voice Craft, a degree which I earned at VMS, directed by Loretta Martinez. I have also graduated as Jazz Singer at the Scuola Civica, a prestigious jazz school in Milan, directed by Enrico Intra. I have attended numerous music and singing workshops, most notably with Sheila Jordan, Jay Clayton, Maria Pia De Vito, Albert Hera, and Tiziana Ghiglioni. In 2006 I was a finalist in the prestigious International Massimo Urbani Award, a competition among jazz soloists. I perform live with my band, the City Flowers, in northern Italy with a reportoire composed of jazz standards, Brasilian music, fusion, and original songs. My first album as soloist is about to be released. I've had the pleasure to play with Diego Baiardi, Silvio Masanotti, Riccardo Fioravanti, Andrea Dulbecco, Ivan Ciccarelli, Giulio Visibelli, Fausto Beccalossi, and more.
