Adam Dudek

Adam Dudek – polish outstanding accordionist. He was born in 1999. He started playing accordion at the age of 6. Currently he studies at Frederic Chopin Univeristy of Music in Warsaw (Poland) and Hochschule fur Musik Freiburg (Germany).

He is award winner of many international and domestic accordion competitions including 1st prize at Polish Accordion Competition in Chełm, 1st prize at 8th Contemporary Music Festival for Children and Youth “Srebrna Szybka” in Cracow, 2nd prize at 14th International Popular Accordion Music Competiton “Concertina” in Giżycko, 1st prize at 25th Lublin Accordion Competition, 1st prize at International Accordion Competition in Solec Kujawski, 3rd prize at Polish Accordion Comptetition for pupils of primary schools in Warsaw. In duo with Hanna Jaskółka (violin) he won 2nd prize at Polish Accordion Competition in Słupca and 3rd prize and Special Prize at Warsaw Chamber Music Forum. As a member of accordion chamber orchestra “Arti Sentemo” (first accordion) he takes part in multiple concerts and festivals.

He improved his skills during many international masterclasses and workshops leaded the most important accordion teachers in the world.

In 2017 he served an apprenticeship in Conservatorio Escola das Artes da Madeira, taking part in student exchange Erasmus+ (POWER).

As a soloist and member of different ensembles he performed in Poland, Slovakia, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Lithuania, He had the privilege of performing for the President, First Lady the Prime Minister, Ministers of Republic of Poland and Polish Episcopacy. He was a scholar of the Prime Minister in term-time 2016/2017 and 2017/2018 and scholar of Polish Chamber Music Association. Two times he received also scholarship of Rector of Warsaw University of Music for the best students.  

Music is my love and I would like to share my passion with my students. I believe that every person has a musical talent and it is just about us to discover it and develop.

Mostly I teach classical music, but I am very open for my student's suggestions.

I am student of Frederic Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, where I do Pedagogical Faculty.
