About
A graduate of Berklee College of Music, Adrienne is a performer, composer, and teacher of both bass and piano. She began studying piano 15 years ago, beginning with classical repertoire and expanding to jazz, rock, pop and beyond. She has 5 years of teaching experience with students ages 5 through adults. Currently, she is pursuing a graduate degree in composition at NYU Steinhardt.
My philosophy is to meet students where they are in their musical education and work towards their personal goals. I customize lesson plans for each student based upon what they are hoping to achieve, their age, experience, and learning styles. Lessons include a combination of learning pieces, technique, and theory. The pieces we focus on are based on the music the student loves and deepening their understanding of music theory.
