Hello! Hola! I am long-time lover of languages and the wonderful opportunities that learning a new language holds. I have a CELTA ESL certification, having taught ESL at schools and privately to all ages for more than four years. I am fortunate to also have a rewarding senior-level editorial career in writing and editing covering various topics for many audiences.
I am a patient, thoughtful and detailed instructor who is at ease teaching all ages and levels, including children and focused learning for business, test prep, writing or public speaking. Native speaker.
For me, teaching has been a wonderful exchange of cultures, knowledge, growth and humanity! I recently lived in Italy for more than a year, working on a second master's degree, and I have basic proficiency in Italian and French.

I offer a very personalized teaching style that is first focused on each student's learning style. Learning is best done when fun and focused! Once we have identified the student's best learning style, I adapt the methodology and coursework to the student's goals and abilities. I am patient, creative and visually focused. I combine active and passive learning activities to maximize retention and language production. I am happy to answer all questions!
