I started my musical studies at the age of 4 singing in a Chorus. At age of 7 I started my violin studies and later Piano studies. Music has been my life since then, and I always strive to transmit that passion to my students. I have played all around the world, in Israel, Europe, South Africa and USA. Played in Orchestras such as Havana Chamber Orchestra, Ashdod Symphony Orchestra, Israel Chamber Orchestra, Beersheva Sinfonetta and Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra. Current Assistant Principal Violist at Miami Symphony
I have almost 15 years experience tutoring Viola, Violin and Piano. I have taught at Manuel Saumel elementary music school and Amadeo Roldan Music High School back in my native Havana, Cuba. I am always looking for new ways to engage the student with interactive games, and taking advantages of technology . In South Florida I have Taught at The Conservatory School of North Palm Beach, a public k-8 school, Teacher at Spanish River Christian School Violin afterschool program and Orchestra Conductor at John Leonard High School, teaching students from different ages, backgrounds and musical levels. I'm a current Certified Teacher by the Florida Educational Department.
