About

I'm a composer currently based in Los Angeles. My music has been heard on television, independent films, feature films, web series, documentaries in the festival circuit, and concert halls around the U.S. I've also been at the forefront of new multimedia platforms, composing music for one of the first VR television series.

My career has been rife with good fortune and I have been able to work for composers such as Danny Elfman, Marco Beltrami, Mark Isham, and Christopher Lennertz over the years. Last year, I finished co-composing the music for the Netflix series 'Lost in Space' and 'Transformers: War for Cybertron Trilogy' and can use music from these shows as looks into my own processes as a composer.

As a teacher, I would really like to offer students a chance to study with a working composer and provide access to up to the minute relevancy tools and insights to what they may need if they want to pursue a career in the field of film/TV/multimedia music. Beyond the basics of music theory which I am happy to cover, there is a growing need to know DAWs like Cubase, music production techniques, and various computer production methods to create production ready music at a moment's notice. The field evolves so fast, it is important to get the knowledge from as fresh a source as possible and I hope to be of use for anyone looking to jump into this competitive, but exciting world!
