About
My name is Andreas Tsitsaros, born in Nicosia, Cyprus. Member of the Cyprus Symphony Orchestra for 28 years, in the position of sub-leader of the second section of violins. I graduated from Private School of Musical Arts in Cyprus, which collaborated with the Athenian Conservatory ('Athinaiko Odeio') with distinction and first prize in violin performance in 1993. I have got 35 years of teaching experience, and my students have had great success in ABRSM London exams. I am able to teach all ages and abilities, ranging from beginners to advanced.
Teaching Style
Demonstrating any piece the student likes and giving instructions about anything that concerns the student in a professional and patient manner.
Curriculum
- A tune a day (all levels).
- Party time book for beginners.
- Scales and Arpeggios (including double stops, thirds, octaves, tenths etc).
- Arthur Seybold method.
-First violin and Second violin all levels.
- Concertinos, concertos, violin sonatas and grand concertos.
