I am based out of Chennai. I hold a Double Masters in Applied Psychology (From WCC, Chennai) and Business Administration (From University of Madras), graduated in the year 2020. I play the Piano, Violin, and Mandolin, quite passionately. I hold an ATCL in Piano and the 8th grade in both Piano and Violin, conferred by Trinity College of London. I am an experienced tutor who loves to share the joy of music with my students. I take classes for students of all age groups across the globe (online). I also prepare them for Trinity and ABRSM grade exams (Initial to Grade 8). So far, all my students have received Distinction and Merit in their exams, and few of them even got a perfect score. I aim to make every lesson as fun and rewarding as possible.
I hold an ATCL in Piano and I have also completed 8 grades in Piano and Violin from Trinity College of London. I have been teaching piano online for the past 3 years and I teach students of all age groups across the globe. My teaching style is flexible and adjusted to the student's needs. I work with students to prepare them for exams, competitions, performances, and even just for learning it as a hobby. As a Psychology graduate, I understand different learning theories and I like to combine positive reinforcement with piano teaching to ensure you enjoy learning and to develop a passion for music.
I provide fun and personalized piano lessons, by adapting lessons on the basis of your proficiency(beginner, intermediate or advanced), age group, and goals (hobby and leisure, grade exams). For beginners, I start with the basics of the piano and begin with teaching Tutor books. Not only will you be playing songs and pieces in no time, but you will be building a strong foundation of note-reading, music theory,sight-reading, technique, and more!
