About

Hi! I’m Asadbek Ayubjanov, a professional violinist and conductor from Uzbekistan, currently studying at the École Normale de Musique de Paris, where I am pursuing the Artist Diploma level. I began my musical journey at the Republican Specialized Music School named after V. Uspensky, where I studied violin and orchestra performance from 2013 to 2022, before continuing my education at the Republican College of Music and Arts of Uzbekistan for two more years.

I started conducting and performing at the age of seven and became one of the youngest conductors in the world. I studied conducting at the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan under Professor Vladimir Neymer, Honored Youth Coach of Uzbekistan. Over the years, I have conducted and performed with orchestras in Uzbekistan, France, Italy, Georgia, and the United States, collaborating with ensembles such as the Togliatti Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra and the Uzbekistan State National Symphony Orchestra.

My performances include major works by Tchaikovsky, Beethoven, Mozart, Gershwin, Bizet, and Khachaturian, among others. I’ve participated in international festivals and competitions, including Citta di Barletta (Italy, 2019), where I won 1st prize, and the Silk Way Competition (Georgia, 2020), where I received 3rd prize. In 2021, I was honored with the State Award “Mard O’g’lon” by the President of Uzbekistan for achievements in music.

Alongside my performing career, I have three years of teaching experience, having worked as an assistant orchestral instructor at the Uspensky Specialized Music School from 2022 to 2025. My lessons focus on both classical and modern repertoire, combining technical precision with emotional depth. I tailor my teaching method individually to each student, considering their personality and learning style to help them grow confidently as musicians.

I’m passionate about guiding students — from beginners to advanced — to discover their own voice in music, whether on the violin or through the art of conducting.

Teaching Style

I teach students of all levels, from complete beginners to advanced and professional musicians, with a personalized approach. At the start of each lesson, I focus on understanding the student’s psychology and personality, as these are the most important factors in learning. Based on this, I adapt each lesson to the student’s abilities and learning style. Lessons combine technical development with musical expression and include both popular melodies and classical repertoire. I guide students step by step to play from the heart and enjoy every moment.
