About
Christina is a classical/opera singer who has taught as a private and public school teacher for the past 21 years. Christina has performed professionally on many different stages across the world and for many conductors like Seiji Ozawa, Edo de Wart, Kurt Masur, Keith Lockhart and Joan Dornemann. Christina was a choir director and music teacher in the North Babylon School district for 15 years. Many of her students performed at Carnegie Hall, the Garden City Cathedral, Trinity Church and even the White House! They have gone on to study music and voice in college programs; many on scholarship.
Christina focuses primarily on vocal technique and pedagogy while incorporating vocal literature in her students' training. Many of her students have gone on to perform professionally and some are now teaching music and voice as well! Christina likes to focus on a variety of genre and incorporate foreign language in her students' training.
