A few of the countless industry-leaders Dave has worked with or sung for include:

Today, Dave focuses his attention on being one of the best vocal coaches in the industry and helping artists develop into technically and stylistically sound singers, fluently bridging pop genres. He is also the co-author of the web’s best-selling vocal instruction course, “Singing Success.”
Dave’s ability to sing many different styles of music has made him one of the most highly sought after vocal coaches and artistic director.
Stepping back a bit, in 1990, Dave moved to Los Angeles, California, and quickly gained recognition as one of the nation’s top studio vocalists.
His voice has been featured on national network campaigns for ABC, NBC, CBS, “The Tonight Show” with Jay Leno, “Wheel of Fortune”, and a host of commercial advertisements, including the dairy industry’s “Milk Does a Body Good” campaign and Wendy’s “99 Cent Value Menu” campaign.
In 1998, Dave moved to Nashville, Tennessee, where he became one of Music City’s premiere session vocalists, working with several of the industry’s biggest songwriters and session singers.
Dave Brook's command across popular genres including rock, country, r&b and gospel is demonstrated in his many excellent recorded videos, such as the one on this page.
He is now available to meet with students live through Lessonface on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in the evening for a limited time, as well as on 2nd and 4th Saturdays, for 30 or 60 minute sessions.
Teaching Style
Dave’s unique gift for bringing the absolute best out of his students has been widely recognized throughout the music industry.
Dave works with and modifies his techniques to each artist and each situation, leading to increased vocal range, improved tone, and reduced vocal fatigue while performing.
In addition, his approach emphasizes style and spirit, giving the client more confidence and sense of comfort when performing, a key core component to the singing process that is often overlooked by vocal coaches. This approach gives the artist much more than improved singing ability: it provides them with a sense of confidence that radiates to all facets of their life.
Dave is also a master at deconstructing individual artists' styles in order to teach students techniques to sound like their favorite singers, while still making their voices their own. In the past, Dave has taught style techniques that can be used to sound like Usher, Katy Perry, Adele, The Foo Fighters, and Blake Shelton.
This eclectic group demonstrates Dave's unique ability to sing and teach all popular genres of music including R&B, Pop, Rock, Gospel, and Country.
Dave Brooks is one of the most versatile singers with whom I’ve ever had the pleasure to work. Along with being a master technician, Dave also has the ability to effectively coach singers stylistically, and mold them into whatever they desire to be. His translation and experience of the different musical genres is absolutely incredible! I could not recommend him more highly to help you achieve your vocal goals.
