Diana Trujillo

Hola! 

I am Diana, a native Spanish speaker and Teacher from Neiva, Colombia. Spanish is my first language, and I love teaching as a means to share my culture, connect with new people, and help others on their Spanish journey. 

I attended Corporación Universitaria del Huila, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering. I was a teaching assistant for a semester where I helped fellow students with homework and assignments. 

I have worked as an au pair in New York for the past two years. During this time I have improved my English and taught basic Spanish to the young girls that I care for.

 I take English courses through the Education First program to further my studies and this also helps inform my teaching pedagogy for Spanish.
