Want to learn German from a native speaker with an academic background? You've come to the right place! I grew up in Germany and moved to the U.S. after earning my M.A. and Ph.D. in 2013. Over the past ten years, I have taught numerous adult language classes and worked as a private tutor for children and adults in a variety of settings. My clients have included university students, young professionals, high schoolers as well as pre-K and homeschool students.
Whatever your reason for learning German, I'll tailor our classes to your specific abilities and needs so you can reach your learning goals as efficiently as possible. Possible goals might include:
- learn German from scratch and gain the ability to read and converse confidently
- prepare for a trip and learn some basic phrases and expressions you can use
