Elder Sanchez

Elder Sanchez in an experienced music teacher graduated from Manhattan School of Music with an emphasis in Classical voice performance and piano as a secondary instrument. He has extensive experience teaching children and adults from all ages. He has trained students to pass auditions for the Youth Artist program at Julliard School of music and some also play consistently at churches every week.

He is currently the music and artistic director of Freeport Christian Academy where his choir and drama team perform several 1 hour long musicals per year.

I am very positive and enthusiastic Teacher. I love to set high goals to my students, so they could feel proud with their performing. 

My Phylosophy

I believe All children are musical and even young children can sing in tune, keep a beat and develop listening skills. I believe that creating music is the most powerful way to learn and is good for the mind. Experts agree that music can strengthen children’s minds and serve as a fundamental skill of learning. Music helps to develop memory skills, stimulates brain connections and can actually make children smarter. Weekly classes give children a solid foundation and help develop a life-long love of music. I believe everyone has a unique personal experience, interest and desire for music. My goal is to help each child reach and build their knowledge as well as to guide, support and motivate with every lesson.
