Elizabeth Ellis

Elizabeth Ellis is a favorite at the National Storytelling Festival. She grew up in Appalachia listening to her Grandfather and Aunt tell stories. She is the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Storytelling Network and has authored three books on storytelling: From Plot to Narrative, Prepare to Scare, and Inviting the Wolf In: Thinking About Difficult Stories. She is a sought-after teacher and coach of novice storytellers.
