About
I am a highly motivated singing teacher and vocal coach based in Porto, Portugal.
I believe that singing is a very powerful tool that makes us happier and healthier. When we sing we bring joy to our souls, warmth to our hearts and oxygen to our brains.
Academically I completed a BA (Hons) in Jazz Performance at Leeds College of Music in 2009, (U.K) and a MA in Music Performance and teaching at ESML, Escola Supeior de Música de Lisboa, (Portugal) in 2015.
Teaching Style
I have been teaching one-to-one and groups for 12 years and strongly believe that a teaching method where I focus completely on each student's voice is the best way for better results. Therefore I incorporate personal preferences, individual personalities, and specific interests into my teaching.
My singing lessons combine technical and performance skills with musicianship and music theory so that the students have all the resources to develop their creative potential and take it to the stage as themselves as artists.
It is very important for me as a teacher to help my students finding their voice, their unique sound so that they can express themselves as they are as singers and artists.
