My name is Eva Villalba Elena, I am 29 years old and I am from Valencia, Spain.
I graduated from a dual major in Voice Performance and Music Business at Berklee College of Music, in Boston, U.S.
I recently graduated from the Master's program of Contemporary Performance focused on production, at Berklee College of Music in Valencia, Spain.
I am a percussionist and a singer who composed her own music and is about to record her first EP.
I have been performing for years in different bands, learning a lot of styles, such as Balkan Music, Latin Music, Jazz, Funk, Soul, Brazilian Music...
I like to create a fun environment where the student feels comfortable and comes to class to enjoy music, that is why the students choose their own repertoire, so they can focus on the style they like and on those songs they have more difficulty to sing or to perform.
I always start with a warm-up because a vocal technique or piano technique is very important, so you can apply that technique to sing modern, or classic without injuring your instrument, and arriving at those notes, or play faster, thanks to the control of your instrument and body.
I always use the technique that my teachers taught me, through different books, that you can find online or I can sent PDF's to the students.
