Faith Ciavarella
About
Faith Ciavarella is a state-certified music teacher in Florida and New Jersey with 2+ years of experience in music instruction. She planned and taught curriculums for elementary and middle school students and organized a variety of school choir performances. She's seeking to bring passion, joy, and expertise to your music classroom.
My prior experience and achievements include obtaining my Bachelor's in Music Education from Florida State University in Fall 2019. I am currently working to complete a Masters's in Education from Johns Hopkins University by the Fall of 2022. I taught as a full-time music teacher at Marion P. Thomas Charter School from 2020-2022.
I take a student-centered approach to music instruction and develop a curriculum based on the singer's needs and personalized interests. Students will learn techniques to improve their voice and be supplied with a variety of repertoire to practice healthy singing. Students will use solfege as a means to develop their aural skills and music literacy. Passion and joy are the foundation of my work as a musician and I aim to provide this in every music lesson.
