About
My name is Fiorella Alemán and I'm a vocal coach and a singer songwriter.
I graduated as a music producer, but I specialized myself in vocal production and vocal coaching. I started singing when i was 8 years old and since then I've been studying vocal chords and their development with training. I'm a vocalist, so taking care of my vocal chords is my prior responsibility. When I was still studying i thought that it was time to start passing in my knowledge, so I decided to do so and since 2013 I've been giving vocal lessons to kids at first. Few months later my main students were vocalist from Peruvian local bands and solo artist, also teens who wanted to become vocalists, conservatory applicants or study a major in music. After 5 years of teaching, i want to expand my horizons and give vocal lessons to other students and in a different language. So, in 2018 I started to give voice and music theory lessons to english speaking students.

All sessions given are personalized in the way according to the learning process of each student. Each singing class is prepared to explore each student's abilities and maximize them. We work resonators, support, projection, tuning, development, interpretation, exploration of genres, among other concepts. Also we work with Vaccai method to improve tuning, vocal runs and music reading. I provide the materials and the songs are worked according to the proposed objectives or styles to be explored.

Fiorella is very knowledgeable about singing and all its components. She conveys a lot of information quickly and clearly and I have learned so much from her in this class! I'm not even talking about the singing or breathing part yet -- just her vast knowledge of the field of voice. As far as the exercises go, they make me feel great! :-D
