I approach private instruction from a holistic perspective where I like to invest in getting to know my students' dreams, what drives them and what speaks to them musically. Learning their vision for their music helps me design customized lesson plans that speak to their true passions. Wether they are pursuing it as a hobby or career does not matter, it is all valid and treated with equal respect and attention.  It is important to me that there is structure in my curriculum for my students that is accessible, easy to follow and effective at getting the results they desire. From audition prep, learning the bass for the first time at any age or needing help getting ready to work as a professional bassist and everything in between, I believe everyone deserves unconditional loving, encouraging guidance and support while pursuing their art.
