About
I'm Gabriele Zanotti, and my musical history is deeply rooted in the love of classical guitar that I cultivated from a young age. My adventure in music and classical guitar began when I was just 8 years old, at music school G. Cappuccilli. Since then, I have dedicated every moment to cultivating my passion, turning it into a path of artistic growth.
Over the years, I have had the opportunity to participate in Master Classes with some of the greatest international masters, including S. Palamidessi, L. Micheli, M. Mela, G. Bandini, Z. Dukic, C. Marchione, G. Krivocapic, L. Lima and many others. These experiences have enriched my musical background and pushed me to constantly refine my skills.
A key part of my musical journey has been chamber music. I have had the opportunity to play with many ensembles and instruments such as VIolin, viola, cello, flute, clarinet and oboe. I collaborated with M. Paciariello on chamber music for guitar and fortepiano, further exploring the expressive nuances of this fascinating instrument.
I have been privileged to receive awards in several national music competitions, including the "Concorso Nazionale di Esecuzione Musicale Città di Latina" and the "Rassegna-Concorso Musicale Nazionale Alfredo Spinelli di Formia," where I performed with a chamber music ensemble.
My passion for music has led me to be part of the guitar ensemble "E-cetra" of the L. Refice Conservatory of Frosinone since 2017, as well as the duo "Z" together with my brother M° M. Zanotti, and the Dimensional Trio with M° V. Pellecchia. Our repertoire ranges from Baroque to contemporary, offering audiences the opportunity to discover lesser-known but deeply fascinating works, thanks to our constant commitment to musical research.
In addition to performances, I founded the "Guitar's Room" association in Latina in April 2019. This project aims to promote the study of music through the classical guitar and to make music accessible to anyone who wishes to explore this fascinating instrument.
In 2021, I received my three-year guitar diploma from the L. Refice Conservatory of Frosinone with highest honors.
My musical performances have taken me to extraordinary venues, including the "Cesi Festival," the "International Guitar Festival," and the "Solarino International Guitar Festival," where I had the opportunity to perform with Trio Dimensional. My last great achievement was graduating with honors in the master's degree program in guitar at the L. Refice Conservatory of Frosinone, an accomplishment that testifies to my dedication and constant commitment.
My guitar is my instrument of expression and communication, and I continue to share my passion with the public through my performances and dedication to music. I look forward to sharing my passion with you and the audience in the future.
My ambition in teaching on Lessonface is to share the passion and art of classical guitar with students of all ages and levels. Music is a universal language that connects people and creates deep emotions, and I wish to convey this beauty through lessons. My goal is to inspire students to discover their musical potential, carefully guiding them in their artistic and technical growth.
Through lessons on Lessonface, I aim to create an inclusive and inspiring learning environment where students feel supported in their musical journey. I want to help them develop a solid technical foundation, hone their musicianship, and gain confidence in performing. I will use personalized teaching approaches, tailored to each student's needs, to help them achieve their musical goals.
My experience as a professional musician and my background studying at the L. Refice Conservatory of Frosinone allow me to offer a comprehensive approach to teaching classical guitar. Whether students are novices or wish to perfect their skills, we will work together to explore repertoire, refine technique, and develop a deep connection with the music.
