About

 

I graduated from the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan with a degree in stringed instruments, studying under professor Atham Mansirev. I began my musical education at the age of ten, have played for 21 years, and have fourteen years of formal musical education. I specialize in classical music, and can play any musical style required. 

I am a patient and sociable person who loves to teach. I am enthusiastic about my work, and am always thrilled to see the success of my students and share in their success. I was born in Uzbekistan in a Russian family.  Currently I am working in Loudoun symphony orchestra and Pro Arte chamber orchestras and also teach cello.

I am a classically-trained and educated Cellist with deep experience playing with Symphony Orchestra’s, Chamber Orchestra’s, Ensemble’s, Quartets, and Solo. If your goal is to start learning how to play cello, improve your skill, to play any particular piece, get ready for any special event, develop your sight reading or just enjoy playing this beautiful instrument - I am happy to help you. I know how to find inspiration, making interesting even exercise routine, we will work at developing your artistic and professional skills and find the best way to express yourself by the cello.

 I use Suzuki teaching method, Essential Elements for Strings ( for the beginners), Dotzauer and Bukinik etudes for cello, lots of exercises to develop technique for the left and right hands.
