About
Hi! I'm a classically trained pianist with a music degree at London College of Music and a deep passion for sharing music with others. I've been playing piano from a young age, achieving ABRSM Grade 8 in piano, Grade 5 in violin and music theory, and Grade 3 in flute. I also studied orchestration and performance at university level, giving me a strong technical and musical foundation.
I'm currently working towards my FTCL (Fellow of Trinity College London) diploma — one of the highest piano performance qualifications available — so I'm always growing as a musician myself while helping my students do the same.

Teaching Style
My teaching style is warm, patient and encouraging. I believe every student learns differently, so I always tailor my lessons to suit your individual goals, pace and personality. I create a relaxed and supportive environment where making mistakes is completely okay — it's all part of the learning process!
I balance structure with creativity, making sure lessons are productive but never boring. I love seeing that moment when something finally clicks for a student — it's genuinely one of the most rewarding things about teaching
Curriculum
My lessons typically begin with warm-up exercises and technical work — scales, arpeggios, and finger exercises — to build strength, agility and good habits from the start. We then move into repertoire and theory work depending on your goals.
For beginners I use well-established methods such as Alfred's Basic Piano Library and Faber Piano Adventures to build a strong foundation. For more advanced students preparing for ABRSM exams, I follow the official ABRSM syllabus and selected repertoire lists.
Theory is woven into every lesson naturally, so students develop a real understanding of the music they're playing rather than just memorising notes
