Hello!
My name is Jack. I'm a Professional Guitarist.
I have toured, played gigs and major festivals in almost 40 countries around the world in a band called Marmozets. We released 2 (1 award winning!) albums through Roadrunner/Warner Music Group.
Since the birth of my daughter nearly 4 years ago, I have taken a break from the road and focused on teaching students of all ages and abilities at a local guitar shop. I have a passion for all things music and i love sharing my knowledge, technique and experience in my musical journey that has spanned over 15 years.
Whether you're just starting out and wanting to learn your first riffs, chords and scales or already have experience and want to further playing and songwriting abilities... I would to be a part of helping you progress to a stage you're proud of!

I like to teach and guide my students to playing music and genres they're interested in and passionate for in a relaxed and realistic way.
I was a student a Leeds Music College and got a NC in Popular Music.
Guitar Teacher at DMusic in Satiare, West Yorkshire in 2012.
Guitar / Bass / Ukulele teacher at the Musicians Centre in Keighley, West Yorkshire since 2019.
i often like to get into songs you would want to play, riffs you've always wanted to learn and licks you've always wanted jam with.
i do like to get into the theory side of things too, going through scales and arpeggios can seem off-putting for some but it is massively beneficial to your playing and understanding of the relationship between notes and chords.
