About
I help electronic musicians learn Ableton Live, finish tracks, improve their mixing, and build live performance setups using controllers, hardware, and Max for Live.
I work with beginners, producers who feel stuck finishing music, and artists who want to perform live with electronics. Lessons are practical, hands-on, and tailored to your goals and musical style.
In lessons we can focus on:
- Ableton Live (beginner to advanced)
- Finishing tracks and arrangement
- Mixing electronic music
- Sound design
- Live performance with Ableton and MIDI controllers
- Max for Live and AI generative music
- Developing your artistic workflow
I’m a professional producer, performer, and educator with over 20 years of experience and have taught at Berklee College of Music (Valencia), SRH Berlin, and ENTI – Universitat de Barcelona.
If you want clear guidance, structured lessons, and help actually finishing music and developing your sound, I’d be happy to work with you.
Teaching Style
Lessons are practical and focused on your music. We work directly in Ableton on your tracks, your mixes, and your performance setup so you can make real progress every week.
Many students come to me because they feel stuck — they have ideas and sketches but can’t finish tracks, don’t feel confident mixing, or want to perform live but don’t know how to build a setup. That’s exactly what we work on together.
Lessons are tailored to your level and goals, whether you're a beginner learning Ableton, a producer trying to finish music, or an artist building a live electronic performance.
Depending on your goals, lessons may include:
- Learning Ableton Live step by step
- Track arrangement and finishing music
- Mixing and sound design
- Live performance with Ableton and MIDI controllers
- Hardware integration (Octatrack, modular, etc.)
- Max for Live and generative music tools
I work with each student to create a clear, and unique, learning path.
Curriculum
I use a structured, goal-oriented approach based on each student’s level and musical goals. Rather than isolated lessons, I typically recommend a learning path so that each lesson builds toward a clear outcome, whether that’s finishing tracks, improving your production, or building a live performance setup.
Beginner (Ableton Fundamentals)
- Ableton workflow, MIDI and audio
- Warping, sampling, and effects
- Arrangement and finishing your first tracks
Intermediate (Production & Mixing)
- Arrangement and track structure
- Mixing electronic music
- Sound design and creative effects
- Workflow strategies to finish music consistently
Advanced (Performance & Systems)
- Live performance with Ableton and MIDI controllers
- Hardware integration (Octatrack, modular, etc.)
- Max for Live and generative music tools
- Building a complete live performance setup
Lessons are very hands-on, and we often work directly on your own music and projects during the lesson.
Students also receive additional learning materials when relevant, including:
- Ableton racks (instruments, effects, performance racks)
- Samples and sounds
- Project templates
- Written guides and exercises
I also provide my own written guides for students who want a deeper and more structured approach:
