Who is Jerry Navarro?
Originally from Oxnard, California, Jerry Navarro has been playing bass guitar since the age of 6. His journey led him to Belmont University, where he studied Music Performance and Composition, while also attending the Nashville Jazz Workshop. Known for his special connection to Jazz music, Jerry's performances, whether on the upright or electric bass, evoke a unique joy.
In 2001, Jerry was a founding member of the Muzik Mafia, a phenomenon that changed the face of the music business. Massive exposure followed from major publications and a popular television show. Over the years, Jerry has shared the stage with renowned artists across genres and continents.
Jerry's contributions extend to the big screen and television, including the hit show "Nashville" and the film "Pure Country 2; The Gift." In 2012, he founded Navarro Nation, dedicating his time to recording, producing, and managing artists.
In 2020, Jerry relocated to Indiana, establishing the Franklin School of Music. His goal remains unchanged - to make great music and share his gift with the world.
