About
As an enthusiastic music nerd, I've found every angle I can to be immersed in this field! I balance life as a vocal instructor, session vocalist and performer. Over the last 15yrs I have been very fortunate to receive a college diploma in Jazz Vocal Performance, perform internationally as a session vocalist, write and tour my own material, and win some awards along the way. I've since had the pleasure of professional development, completing all 3 levels of Jeanie Lovetrie's Somatic Voicework pedagogy.
I have worked with vocal clients of all levels, from the shower singing superstar to coaching professional artists in the recording studio. I have a passion for singing, and I love to share that passion with my clients!
I try to create a safe, comforting, and encouraging environment for my clients. If you're looking for tough love, you've got the wrong room. I prefer positive reinforcement and (admittedly a little silly) fun! Why can't education be informative and joyful?
I like to assess my clients learning style and pace and work towards success, not predetermined expectations.
