Flamenco guitar:
Flamenco is an art form that has been traditionally passed down and learned orally, but a book that I really enjoyed and that helped was Dennis Koster's Keys to Flamenco I and II.
Classical Guitar:
Hal Leonard's Classical Guitar Method helped me learn to read music and also has some cool repertoire pieces.
Scott Tenant's Pumping Nylon is fantastic for technique and has some great exercises as well.
The Sazuki Guitar School books are helpful. I have volume 4, 5, and 6, but I'm sure all volumes are great.
