Hello, my name is Juan Ibarra. I am a Blues and metal guitarist based out of Los Angeles, California. I have been playing guitar for almost 20 years! my main focuses are Blues and any kind of metal! I currently play in an established LA thrash band and have experience playing live with many blues bands! . I want to help other Guitarist learn the way of the blues and metal! I want to make it easy for them to learn and understand! This is not only lessons! This is time to chat, Ask questions, Talk about gear, music and learn!
Teaching Style
I want to help other guitars learn the fundamentals of blues and metal! I feel the best way to learn is visually by jamming and talking to someone with experience! Getting to know the playing style and sharing ideas. And asking a lot of questions!!
Curriculum
my teaching method is very visual. I feel that learning by talking to somebody and chatting is the best way to dig in to the mind. And asking a lot of QUESTIONS! By asking a lot of questions is how I got here and learned my technique and skill! Yes there is a ton of free videos out there on YouTube, but you really can't ask questions and really break down what's going on at your own pace. This is not only lessons, We can chat about gear, Music taste And everything in between!
