I focus on the individual needs of my students. I prepare my students for colleges and competitions and auditions if this is their chosen career path. While I'm a performer myself I'm dedicated to my students and their musical development. I expect my students to put the effort and work on the information given about the pieces and the troubling spots. I'm flexible and accommodating but also have expectations. Vocalists and pianists can see results almost immediately after few lessons with me.
I teach a healthy classical vocal technique - bel canto and classical piano. However, I'm not limited to only these styles. Students can bring also musical theater experience, jazz and pop for either voice or piano.

MM in piano and voice performance from Southeastern Louisiana University, Hammond, La and University of North Carolina School of the Arts, Winston- Salem, NC
Two artist certificates post masters from NAM, Sofia and UNCSA, NC
For vocalists I have developed my own exercises that I use also myself and that develop the vocal technique. Based on the individual level of each student then I give a specific repertoire to keep developing the student. If the student has a preference of a particular repertoire I try to give my advice and help them learn it the best they can.
