Laura-Joy Copeland
About
Laura-Joy has been teaching since 2015 and recently was head vocal coach, as well as teaching in local music schools (Dublin).
Currently in The Royal Conservatorie of Scotland, she is studing for her masters in Vocal Performance.
She is also a member of AOTOS (The Association of Teachers of Singing)
During her Bachelors degree, she specialised in the pedagogical study of singing.
Laura-Joy was awarded first and second place in two of the Feis Ceoil competitions. She has also recived medals and accolades for placing 1st in several internal competitions within TU Dublin conservatory of music and drama.
She has also sung in choral societies and chamber choirs, as well as taking part as a member of chorus in many large productions such as Madama Butterfly, La Traviata and Die Feldermaus.
Laura-Joy loves working with students of all levels, backgrounds, ages and genres. Her lessons are completly student orientated to suit what is best for the students voice.
Not only is the student's vocal health and quality important but also confindance! Laura-Joy loves to bring out the best in each of her students!
