About
I have been teaching Algebra since 1996 in Troy, Missouri. I have degrees in Mathematics Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Technology, and Educational Leadership.
Teaching Style
I like to provide a set of guided notes and explain each step of solving the problem at hand. I give step by step instructions in written form for those that want to see it written out.
Curriculum
I use the Open Stax textbook. It is a free resource and available online, for download, or in print. The guided notes come from examples in this textbook. I also provide examples of additional problems if needed and an outside source of instruction in case you need to see the problems worked in another manner.
