About

I’m the Solo Flute of the Italian Police Concert Band with 20 years of teaching experience. I’d love to share my enthusiasm for music with you!

Teaching Style

In my career as a performer I have always developed in parallel the qualities related to both classical and contemporary music languages. My personal way of teaching reflects these facets of my profile: technically speaking, I love working on the flute fundamentals by taking advantage of those contemporary skills that I find helpful in order to develop better sonority, articulation, and intonation (i.e. whistletones, harmonics, sing&play, flatterzunge, alternate fingerings and many others).
As for the repertoire, I will focus on the audition programs (orchestral excerpts and main Concertos) and the music for solo flute from JSBach to nowadays.

Curriculum

Regarding the flute technique, the main text we will focus on will be those by Moyse, Reichert, Bohem, Graf, Bernold, and... Bellini (myself!)
