About

I am Marcella, a classical and popular singer, and a licensed music teacher.

I have been teaching since 2015, both online and in-person, and have performed in various places around the world. With this experience, I am motivated to teach. Music is my first calling and motivation in life.

I studied in Paris at the Schola Cantorum and in Saint Paul at the Municipal School of Music of Saint Paul and Carlos Gomes Music College, specializing in Vocal and Music Education courses, respectively. I have performed at the Saint Paul Municipal Theater and with various choirs throughout the city.

The popular and classical singing course is designed for beginners to advanced students and offers exclusive methodology tailored to each student aiming to develop their musicality. The course includes weekly guidance and seeks immersion in the field of music. With practices focused on technique development and interpretation, the lessons are dynamic, enjoyable, and easy to grasp.

The course aims to work on vocal technique, voice physiology, diction, repertoire practice, and stage expressiveness. Always focused on developing each student's artistic abilities through healthy and natural singing.

In the pursuit of mastering the art of singing, a comprehensive learning approach is essential. This holistic method encompasses various key elements, beginning with an initial assessment to gauge the student's vocal abilities and goals. The foundation of vocal excellence lies in the development of solid vocal technique, involving warm-up exercises to enhance flexibility, control, and proper breath management. Ear training is equally crucial, honing the ability to recognize and reproduce notes, intervals, and melodies through exercises such as solfege and melodic dictation. Practical application comes through the selection of a diverse repertoire aligned with the student's musical interests. Moreover, interpretation skills are cultivated to convey emotions and narratives through music, while diction and pronunciation are perfected, particularly in foreign languages. Accompaniment with instruments, stage performance, and regular recording for self-evaluation further contribute to growth. Guidance from a qualified instructor ensures continuous feedback and adjustments. Consistent daily practice reinforces vocal development, and the exploration of various musical styles expands versatility.
