About

Singer, songwriter, and producer from Berlin, Germany based in Philadelphia, PA.  I practically grew up in recording studios working as a session singer and touring with a cover band.  I studied sound design and musicology (Humboldt University) in Berlin and got my degree in voice and music production (Musicians Institute) in Los Angeles, CA.  Besides writing and producing for other artists, I also release my own original music.  Some of my work got some attention through international airplay, The Seattle Times, and the Goethe Institute.  One of my proudest moments was singing the national anthem at the residence of the US ambassador to Kyiv, Ukraine in 2016.

I specialize in artist development and vocal coaching.  That means aside from practicing scales (which is incredibly important), I focus on vocal technique, the individual goals of the singer, and the development of their very own brand of performing.  This is a great way to prep for auditions, but also offers fantastic tools to ensure reliable vocal quality in any situation, recording studio or stage.

My favorite sessions/lessons are ones where we hit a milestone you never thought possible, talk about what that song really means to you, or laugh uncontrollably.

Everyone's voice is different.  Understanding how voice production physically works and training your vocal technique to avoid blowing out your voice is essential to deliver a professional result.  I'll work with you through placement (chest, mask, head), mic technique (dynamic, condensation), breathing, emotion, stage fright, and the differences between singing in a studio and singing on stage.
