About
I am Mariangela, a 32 year-old Native from Puglia, Italy.
I obtained a degree in Foreign Languages and Literature (Italian, English, Portuguese) in 2015 at the University of Bari, Italy.
In 2016 I moved to Scotland where my life changed completely. I met my French partner and we think we will live in Scotland for the foreseeable future.
I have been teaching Italian online since 2016 as a freelancer and I really like my job. It's a great way to share all my knowledge and passion for my language!
Together to my partner, who is an online French tutor, we share our Instagram page called 'theteachingcouple.online' where we post daily about the Italian and French language.
I always adapt myself according to my student's needs, whether they need Italian classes for a business trip, holidays or studies. Since I started this freelance career I have helped lots of students achieving their goals of speaking Italian in a relatively short period of time. I always make sure that they have the right pronunciation and accent. I also provide homework between lessons so that they can practise on their own and if they have any questions, they can contact me via whatsapp to clarify any doubt before the next lesson.
