I am a guitar player, songwriter, and lifelong musician with 15+ years of experience. Competent to talented in nearly every genre of music involving the instrument, with specialties in Jazz, Gospel/CCM, and Rock/Metal. Like to keep it casual and humble no matter the level of experience!

Former lead guitarist of Aversed, a Melodic Death Metal band from Boston MA. Performed in various venues, including the Real School of Music in Burlington, MA, "Jamnesty" benefit concerts hosted by Amnesty International, and numerous events hosted by Lexington High School. Served on the worship team at River of Life Church in Boston as the lead guitarist and Music Director from 2015-2025, where I arranged & led worship services each week and played at venues & pastoral events such as the annual East Coast Bread of Life Conference in Queens, New York.

I have 1.5 years of experience with private tutoring, but informally taught music theory and performance within the context of Music Directing at River of Life Church in Boston (from April 2024 to August 2025). I taught private acoustic guitar lessons at this location as well (from August 2024 to July 2025). These positions taught me valuable lessons in leadership, people skills, and communication.

My tutoring style is flexible and tailored to the needs and passions of the student. You have the space and freedom to practice what you want, when you want, at the pace you want - with the understanding that the fundamentals needed to achieve these goals will be taught & practiced diligently!

I will prepare custom 0.5 to 1 hour lessons tailored to each student every week, bearing in mind my general framework for progression from Beginner to Advanced guitar playing. Each new lesson will build on the previous skills learned.
