Learning a musical instrument should be fun and that is what we are about. However , it also teaches self discipline and the more effort students put in in practice , greater is the reward.

For those who put the practice time in , graded examinations which are all QCA acredited are available ; even for the early learners. These are all good certificates to attain , especially for those primary school students wishing to get into a good secondary school.

I also run the examination centre for Liverpool and Southport through London College of Music Exams. These are set three times a year and exams are held at one of our local universities.
