Olagunju

I am a trained musician. I earned B.A, Creative Arts in Music from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. I majored in Piano and Guitar, in a broad study encompassing various styles of playing such as classical, Afro and Jazz. I naturally started teaching in my schooling days and developed keen interest after i graduated. I have taught in three Schools [MaverickCollege,Ibadan, Hopecrest College, Igboora, Oyo state and Mind Moulders group of Schools, Mowe, Ogun state, Nigeria], and successfully Pioneered Music clubs which became legacies in those schools, and avenue for pupils to showcase their talents. I have also taught individuals of age range between 5 and 84, and I have recorded great success with them. In all of this practice, I have gathered useful experience and proper communication and teaching skills that will benefit anyone. 

I have learned in all of my 8 teaching years, I have discovered that people learn differently and at different pace. I first get connected with my student to discover their prior music experience, ambitions, and expectations. I then, with this information create a teaching module that best serve their interests.
