About

I am a professional musician (Recorder player and Shakuhachi flute player) currently based in Prague, Czech Republic.

I am a graduate of the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique in Lyon (CNSMDL), where I achieved a Bachelor's and a double Master's degree in Recorder (in the class of the internationally renowned Pierre Hamon), Early Music and Chamber Music.

While studying in France, I co-founded the ensemble La Quinta Pars, dedicated to the creative and authentic interpretation of Renaissance music with which I am currently preparing our first professional studio album which will be released in 2024 under the wings of a significant music label. The disc was recorded in September 2023 in Norway, in the private studio of our long-time master, legendary Rolf Lislevand, who is also its artistic director.

I also participated in numerous masterclasses and seminars (Jordi Savall, Walter van Hauwe, Pierre Hantai, Rolf Lislevand, Pierre Hamon, Peter Holtslag, Joris van Goethem, Ashley Solomon, Alan Davis, Jostein Gundersen, Emmanuel Bonnardot, Anne Delafosse, etc.) and I performed under the direction of Rafaël Pichon, Sébastien Daucé or, for example, Simon-Pierre Bestion in the Lyon Opera's production called Trauernacht.

In addition to Renaissance and Baroque music, which is the pillar of my musical activities, I also teach medieval and contemporary music, as well as the music for Shakuhachi bamboo flute.

I enjoy teaching mainly advanced students with a genuine interest in music. I teach in French, English and Czech. I am also very happy to teach non-recorder players - that is, other instrumentalists and musical ensembles.
