About
Hi!! I'm Paulina and I'm an artist and musician based in New York City. I have been teaching music lessons in guitar, bass, ukulele, piano, and voice for 5+ years now. In 2019, I had the opportunity to perform at Carnegie Hall with my collegiate choir alongside the New England Symphonic Ensemble for the MidAmerica Productions 36th Season.
I am an active musician around NYC and currently play bass in my funk/surf-rock group PAWA where we have performed at a variety of venues such as Chelsea Music Hall, Mercury Lounge, Nublu, The Delancey, and many more. I am also a recent graduate from New York University’s Music Technology Master’s Program where I have learned the fundamentals of Audio Engineering, Sound Design, and Recording/Production.
I have trained technique in various genres and styles ranging from jazz, folk, indie/alternative, rock and blues, to r&b/soul. I desire to create a fun and positive learning environment for students as well as inspire young musicians to discover their passion for music!
