Hello! My name is Rachel and I am a critically acclaimed singer-songwriter, producer, and vocal producer signed to Sony Music publishing. I have written songs released by major label artists in pop, rock, urban, and EDM, including Rita Ora, Ty Dolla $ign, Jesse McCartney, Will Sparks, Priyanka Chopra, Tulisa, Dimension, September Mourning and Fred Falke and well as releasing my own albums, which have been featured on many TV shows and movie soundtracks including The Vampire Diaries, The 100, Younger and Grey's Anatomy.
Having studied vocal performance, music theory and jazz clarinet to grade 6 level at Trinity Guildhall in London, I have robust classical music training as well as 15 years of professional experience in the pop/rock profession, performing live and singing in a recording studio and I have extensive experience teaching and tutoring students of all ages.
Hello there! Music is my life passion. I love to sing, perform, write songs and TEACH others how to find their way in music. Everyone can sing and everyone can be creative; it just needs to be unlocked and natural-born talent needs to be nurtured with skill and technique.
I am trained professionally in Speech Level Singing, Classical Music, and Music Theory but I also have 15 years of real-life experience both performing on stage and also in a recording studio, which is a totally different skill set. I have vocal-produced superstars like Rita Ora and love sharing my knowledge with others.
I can help you bring your voice to life as a complete beginner or help you edit your technique as a professional. I have a deep understanding of the anatomy and physiology behind singing and have found that to be very useful over the years in terms of keeping my voice healthy.
As an acclaimed songwriter, I have been in thousands of sessions and have learned many songwriting skills that just cannot be learned in school, and I absolutely love sharing these skills, tips, and techniques with my students in a digestible and fun way!
