RAJA JAI BOSCO

I hold a 3-year degree in Carnatic Classical Music from Kalai Kaviri College of Fine Arts. I have over 15 years of experience in light music and vocals, performing at various prestigious events including Salangai Poojai Arangetrams and classical dance concerts.

I have had the privilege of working with reputed institutions such as Sri Sivagangai Nrithyalaya, Vihas Varna Institute, Kalai Kovil Academy, P2 Academy, and several other leading music and dance academies. Currently, I am actively teaching at multiple institutions.

My teaching approach is warm, patient, and structured. I begin with the basics of breath control and voice culture, then gradually introduce Carnatic compositions, kritis, and light music styles based on each student's interest and pace. I enjoy teaching students of all ages — from absolute beginners to intermediate learners — and take pride in nurturing each student's unique voice.

My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and student-centered. I believe every student has a unique voice and learning pace, so I customize my lessons accordingly.

For Carnatic vocal, I start with Sarali Varisai, Janta Varisai, and Alankarams to build a strong foundation in swara and tala. I then progress to Geethams, Swarajathis, and Kritis based on the student's level and interest.

For light music, I focus on breath control, voice modulation, and expression to help students sing naturally and confidently.

I use a combination of demonstration, listening, and repetition to make learning effective and enjoyable. My goal is not just to teach music — but to help each student develop a lifelong love for singing. 🎵
